The name of this Surah is derived from word “Ad Duhaa” mentioned in verse 1, meaning “The Morning Brightness” appears. In this surah, Allah swears to the morning and night and assures prophet Muhammad that he has not forgotten or displeased him and soon you will win over your enemies and Islam will spread all over the world. At the end of the surah, Allah bids him to be kind to orphans and the poor.
