Surah Al Alaq with Urdu translation PDF Download or Read Online. Surah Al Alaq is 96th Chapter of Holly Quran. The name of this Surah is derived from word “Al Alaq” mentioned in verse 1, meaning “Read” and “The Blood Clot” appears respectively. This Surah was revealed in Mecca and believed to have been the first revelation to the Prophet in Mecca at a cave Hira in Mount Jabal Al Nour in the month of Ramadan, 610 AD.

Surah Al Alaq is “Meccan Surah” . In the Surah , total are 19 verses & 1 Ruku. The name of this Surah is derived from word “Al Alaq” mentioned in verse 1, meaning “Read” and “The Blood Clot” appears respectively. This Surah was revealed in Mecca and believed to have been the first revelation to the Prophet in Mecca at a cave Hira in Mount Jabal Al Nour in the month of Ramadan, 610 AD. In this surah, Allah makes an obligation on every Muslim to seek knowledge and revealed that he created man from a clinging clot. Allah ordered us to read the Quran with understanding since he is most generous. Allah taught us everything that we don’t know but we are disobedient and believe in our money that it saves us but this money will not help us on a day of judgment . Allah also warned all evil people who resist believers to not practice the worship by saying that he sees all and if they cease not we will seize them by forelock so never obey these disbelievers.
