This surah gave the answer to the relation of the muslims to the non-muslims on earth.It tells not to take the enemies of God to unite a resource,on the other hand it tells not to consider every non- muslim as their enemy.This surah describes the two incidents one about the companion of Prophet Hatib Bin Abz and the other is about the muslim women who recently migrated.
